Description

Simple box camera badged as the Kewpie Kamera and quite evidently made by Conley for sale by Sears Roebuck, whose name appears all over the packaging and documentation. The only mention of Conley is on the inset disk on the back of the camera. The camera is in very good condition, with no obvious damage to the covering and with bright metal work and only very minor corrosion.

Camera was purchased with the original sales carton, which carries some attractive Sear Roebuck artwork. The lid has separated from the box and sadly the carton was damaged in transit with the film winder punching a hole through the side of the box!

Generic Kewpie instructions included with the camera, which noted 'Sold only by Sears Roebuck & Co, Chicago, Ill'.
